We have a state-of-the-art bottle filler from Germany. It can fill as many as many as 175 bottles per minute. Each bottle gets a metal tube inserted inside, is filled with beer from the bottom up, and then a process called fobbing sprays a quick jet of hot water on top of the beer, causing it to foam. This ensures that there is no air inside when the bottle is finally capped and zipped down the line to the labeler. on to next step |
